The Tennessee Highway Patrol issued drug charged to two Putnam County residents following a traffic stop for a broken tail light Sunday.

30-year-old Brandon Brunett and 21-year-old Kalie Buckley are charged with possession of a controlled substance. Authorities said they searched Buckley’s vehicle and found one gram of methamphetamine and 21 new and used pipes.

Buckley has posted a $10,000 bond and Brunett remains behind bars under $50,000 bond. He’s also facing an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
