Repairs to a slope failure are continuing on Highway 52 near the Moss Fire Department in Clay County.
Part of the roadway washed away during a heavy rain event a day before Christmas.
Crews have completed relocating a utility line, but additional work can’t begin until the weather changes and the site dries up.
Tennessee Department of Transportation spokesman Jennifer Flynn said the roadway is down to one lane and traffic flow is being controlled by a single signal.
