Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested a Celina man on four counts of statutory rape.
27-year-old Scott Brown was arrested Thursday without incident and he remains behind bars under $80,000 bond. Investigators said Brown allegedly had several sexual encounters with a teenage girl over the period of more than a year.
The investigation begin in July of 2017 at the request of District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway.
