A Cumberland County man has pleaded guilty to TennCare fraud and sale of oxycodone that he obtained using TennCare benefits.
55-year-old Danny Lynn Robbins has received a 5-year prison sentence with on year to serve and the balance on supervised probation.
Robbins admitted in court to obtaining oxycodone using TennCare benefits and then selling the pills to Crossville Police during an undercover sting operation in 2016.
