According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s weekly road report, daily road closures will occur on Smith County’s Highway 25 next week. Smithville Man Sentenced To 10-Years For 2017 Burglary

A crash on Interstate 40 westbound backed up traffic for nearly five miles in Putnam County Thursday. Crews Battle Structure Fire In Cumberland Co. This Morning
A fire caused damage to a Cumberland County home Thursday morning. Officials said firefighters responded to eastern Cumberland County where a home on Eddington Lane had caught fire. It took crews about 30 minutes to put out the blaze, which remains under investigation at this time. No injuries were reported.
