Crossville Police have issued a warrant for a man who allegedly slashed a woman’s throat with a piece of broken plate recently.
Authorities said they’re looking for 49-year-old Donald Caswell of Crossville.
According to a report, Caswell allegedly slashed the victims throat during an altercation at a home on Vandever Road. Officials said the woman received treatment for a severe throat laceration.
The warrant charges Caswell with aggravated assault.
