An early morning fire damaged a home in Baxter.
Officials said the blaze broke out Monday on Medley drive around 1:35 a.m.
Firefighters managed to contain the fire to a bathroom, which suffered about $6,000 in damages. F
ire Chief Matt White said the fire started from discarded cigarette butts in the bathroom trashcan.
No injuries were reported as the homeowner managed to make it out of the house.
