The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has identified the man who died in an overnight officer involved shooting in McMinnville. Officials said the incident happened around midnight Friday on the 1300 block of Chestnut Ridge Road. TBI officials said at least one officer shot and killed 34-year-old Clifford Kelley when he failed to comply with commands to drop a weapon. No officers suffered any injuries.
