A DeKalb County Grand jury indicted a man Monday on a charge of attempted first-degree murder of his wife.
Andrew Lafate Billings stands accused of stabbing his wife in April of this year.
Authorities said they found Billing’s wife with multiple stab wounds on the side of the road in the Ragland Bottom area. Detectives developed Billings as a suspect and later found him in White County following a traffic stop.
Billings will be arraigned in court on December 12th.
