A Cumberland County judge has set a trial date for a man charged with child sex crimes.
The case against 35-year-old Steven Andrew Marchuk will go to trial January 9th. He’s charged with attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, sexual battery, and unlawful photographing in violation of privacy.
Indictments against Marchuk allege he was in possession of less than 50-images that depicted minors engaged in sexual activity. He’s also accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old victim in 2013 and taking pictures of the victim without consent.
