A DeKalb County Grand jury has indicted a Henderson Tennessee man on a charge of statutory rape.
The indictment alleges that 27-year-old Michael Andrew Heidelburg had sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl between May of last year and February of this year.
He’s under a $2,500 bond and will be arraigned in DeKalb County Criminal Court on October 6th.
