Cumberland Sex Offender Facing Theft Charges
A Cumberland County sex offender has been charged with four counts of theft. Jerry Lynn Davenport, 55, a registered sex offender, was arrested and is in jail on a $2,000 bond. A wrong-way accident early Wednesday morning resulted in one person being taken to Vanderbilt hospital by air.
