The Fentress County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on a rape charge. Sheriff Michael Reagon said deputies arrested Alvin Rogers last week. Because of the ongoing investigation Reagon could not provide other details. Reagon faced arraignment in court today. He’s under a $25,000 bond.
