A DeKalb County judge sentenced a suspected marijuana dealer to serve jail time yesterday.
47-year-old Ricky LeRoy Randall entered a plea by criminal information Tuesday to the charge of possession of a schedule VI drug for resale.
The charge stemming from a December 2016 search of Randall’s home on Blue Springs Road. During that search officers located over four pounds of marijuana.
Randall received a two year sentence with 120 days to serve. The sentence will run consecutive to a Warren County drug case against him.
