The former Cumberland County Emergency Medical Services Supervisor has pleaded guilty to theft charges in court.
47-year-old Randy Lee Davidson has pleaded guilty to two counts of theft under $1,000.
The TBI has accused Davidson of stealing fentanyl from the county ambulance service and falsifying more than 50 controlled substance documents.
Davidson will be sentenced August 9th. He faces up to six years in prison.
