The Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested a man Saturday after he led troopers on a high speed pursuit with a 2-year-old inside the vehicle. The trial for a man accused of killing a former Cumberland County resident began today. Caleb Cannon is charged in the 2014 death of 36-year-old Nikki Burgess.
